Austin “P-Mac” Polson-McCannon
P-Mac grew up in Prior Lake, MN and played college lacrosse at University of Detroit - Mercy. P-Mac began running youth camps as a high school player in his hometown in 2013 and has been coaching ever since. P-Mac is currently the Defensive Coordinator at Prior Lake HS (MN), the PL Youth Development Director, as well as the Co-Owner & Lead Director at 36 Lacrosse.
Ted Sperides
Ted grew up in Bloomington, MN and was one of the first kids in Minnesota to play organized lacrosse. After high school, he was a student assistant for the team at Minnesota-Duluth (MCLA). Ted founded 36 Lacrosse in 2013 and has been training and coaching lacrosse players full-time ever since. In addition to running 36 Lacrosse, Ted is also an assistant coach at Farmington High School (MN).
Steve “The Source” Sazama
Steve “The Source” has been part of the DTA bit for a few years. An elite mn girls lacrosse mind, he stayed undercover while he still had a kid playing in the league. Now, he has officially joined the show to help us cover the girls side of the MSHSL. His work with the coaches association, stats training and relationships with top MSHSL coaches gives him the inside track on all things girls lacrosse!
Katie Polson-McCannon
Katie grew up in Bloomington, MN where she was captain of the Jefferson Jaguars lacrosse team. She went on to play a year for the College of St. Benedict’s club program. She joined Ted as co-owner of 36 Lacrosse in 2014 to launch the girls side of the program. She has been full-time coaching and training since. Katie is currently director of lacrosse operations for Team36 and serves as an assistant coach for the state champion Prior Lake Girls High School Team
