Work remotely with Ted and P-Mac for consistent coaching support built around your team’s needs. We learn your personnel, terminology, and priorities so our recommendations connect to what you’re teaching on the field.
Includes:
• Review of one team game per week, with selected annotated clips and three to five coaching priorities.
• Opponent preparation using up to one opponent game per week, with a concise scouting summary.
• One weekly, 45-minute virtual staff meeting.
• Practice recommendations tied to that week’s film and development needs.
• Email follow-up for questions about the weekly review, answered within two business days.
• A kickoff meeting to establish your system, priorities, and weekly workflow.
REMOTE STAFF PARTNERSHIP
Starting at $3,000 per month | 6-month minimum
Expanded support involving both Ted and P-Mac across multiple areas of your program. Film volume, responsibilities, meeting time, and deliverables are defined in a custom proposal.

HOW IT WORKS
Start with a free fit call. We’ll discuss your program, identify where we can contribute, and agree on responsibilities before the engagement begins.
Your onsite staff leads practices, manages players, and makes final decisions. DTA provides remote analysis, preparation, and coaching recommendations.
SERVICE DETAILS
Weekly deliverables and turnaround times are scheduled at kickoff. Packages cover one team; unused weekly services do not roll over. Additional games, live game support, player meetings, travel, and recruiting are outside the standard package and require a separate agreement.
