Game Notes 5/11: Minnetonka @ Eden Prairie

Eden Prairie dictated the course of events the majority for the time and won convincingly, 16-11.

EP started the game on a 7-0 run over the first 12 minutes of the game which, obviously, was the deciding stretch in a 5 goal win.  It was honestly a total domination, which you’d expect during a 7-0 run.

Tonka started off with Elli Fuchs controlling the draw from the center dot…but EP was quicker to the DC off the circle.  EP ended up making adjustments and made a pretty competitive draw game.

Tonka finally got on the board and the teams traded goals to make it 10-3 at half.

Tonka started off a little plucky and made it 10-5…then EP put the hammer down to end up taking a 14-6 lead (including Brinley Hopper scoring 3 in a row).

Tonka ended up rallying a little after the game was decided to make it 16-11 final.
